DELIVERY POLICY

Our standard shipping price is £6.00 and is free on orders over £75.00. We try and dispatch all orders within 2-3 days and they are shipped on a tracked next day service (Some of our larger items need to be shipped on a 48 hour service due to courier restrictions).

As we specialise in personalised items some orders can be held up due to artwork or quality issues with photographs, but we will do our best to keep you informed with delays on your orders.

When your order is dispatched you will receive email tracking so you can keep an eye on the delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return a product, you are able to do so under our 14 day money back guarantee as long as the following conditions apply:

  • The product(s) should be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
  • The product(s) should be in a saleable condition.
  • The product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.

To start the returns process please call 01685 720010 or email us for a Returns Authorisation Number and then refer to the information under the heading 'How To Return Goods' below.

The refund amount will be for the product cost with VAT minus delivery costs and credit card charges unless stated otherwise.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the rare event that your goods are delivered damaged or faulty, please sign for them as 'damaged' or 'unchecked' if possible. Please then contact us within 14 days of delivery by calling 01685 720010 or emailing us to arrange for a replacement to be sent out if appropriate. We advise taking a picture and/or video of the damage to document the issue with the product(s).

You will be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number by our customer services team to return your damaged/faulty goods using the guide below.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Once you have obtained your Returns Authorisation Number, please write this clearly on the outside of the packaging. The address to be used for returns is:

We recommend taking a picture of the product and packaging before returning to provide documentation in the event of damage in transit.

Please ensure the goods are well packaged and if possible use a fully insured courier service. If goods are damaged in transit on return, the sender will need to make a claim with the courier service used. For this reason, we will reject deliveries that are damaged to aid with any claims.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND

Your refund will be issued once the returned items have been received and checked. The refund will be issued to the card used to make the payment. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days depending on the card company.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
